Our Mission

MGSN believes that athletic competition can build individual development while strengthening the community, and the MGSN’s purpose is to promote organized athletic groups and activities amongst the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Community and their allies in the Greater Milwaukee area and beyond. MGSN shall also promote or support organizations and associations working to promote health and well-being in the LGBT Community.

The Milwaukee Gay Sports Network Inc. (MGSN) is a 501c3 nonprofit coalition of LGBT oriented sports organizations in Milwaukee! Formed in January 2011, MGSN’s main purpose is to help promote the different LGBT sports organizations that currently exist as well as help with the formation of new gay sports organizations.
